2015 in review

Thought this was pretty cool. My 2015 WordPress review. Compared to the last, year 2 wasn’t as “successful,”

But I also was reminded why I started simply:complex to begin with. Sacrificing quality for quantity isn’t in my nature. Hopefully the work will speak for itself. Happy new year everyone, old friends and new.

Always remember to aspire, inspire, believe and achieve.

A New York City subway train holds 1,200 people. This blog was viewed about 5,300 times in 2015. If it were a NYC subway train, it would take about 4 trips to carry that many people.

After Midnight

Couldn’t of expressed this as eloquently if I tried. Amazing how those creative thoughts rattle around in your mind, then explode to the surface when you lay your head to rest. The gift and curse of creative types haha. Wouldn’t trade it for the world.

Thoughts On Words

I think it’s after midnight, when you’re in bed and all alone with your thoughts, that you truly come to meeting yourself.

Slow, but steady

This was exactly what I needed to see and read today, wanted to share this talented writers work with simpycomplex. Patience is something I need to keep repeating to myself over and over again.

When berating oneself
for slow progress
remind yourself
how many hours
you have put in.

Is that enough
for mastery
when comparing
the years
you have lived?
